Simon Teo: Simon started his career as a full time training consultant in 1996. As a freelance trainer, he has trained many companies' staff in areas of his expertise such as Motivational Personal Development programs, Soft-skills Training, Supervisory Mamangement Programs, Outdoor Team Building Programs, and many more. Then in 2000, Simon started his own company, ACE Breakthrough Management Resources to cater for his clients' needs in areas of human capital development. Todate, he has trained close to hundred companies' staff.
